The essentials first
Structure the day around three rhythms: arriving, moving and recovering. The pool and sauna work best as planned parts of the event, not as things to be squeezed in.
Set a clear intention
Decide whether the main purpose of the day is recovery, community, new knowledge or physical activity. A clear intention helps instructors, food suppliers and participants understand the pace.
Avoid filling every hour. Space between activities allows time to change, drink water and let the experience sink in.
An example of a day's rhythm
- A calm arrival and tea
- Gentle yoga or mobility
- Lunch together
- Personal time, a walk or reflection
- Pool and sauna in scheduled groups
- Closing conversation and an early dinner
Food that supports the programme
The meal needs to suit the day's energy. Discuss portion size, serving time and any dietary requirements well in advance.
Catering or a private chef can be requested separately. These services are optional add-on services and are offered subject to availability.
Wellness requires practical clarity
Inform participants about changes of clothes, towels and the order of the programme. Always confirm which facilities and times are included in the agreed plan.
If the event extends over two days, overnight accommodation can be an add-on for participants. It cannot be booked separately from the retreat or wellness event.
