Where is the venue?
Villa Görväln – Naturreservat is located at Basetvägen 2 in Viksjö, close to Stockholm and Lake Mälaren. Directions and arrival details are confirmed in connection with an enquiry.
Can the house be booked for overnight stays only?
No. Bookings are made in connection with an occasion, an event or a private gathering. Overnight accommodation is only a complement for participating guests.
How many bedrooms are there?
There are around 5 bedrooms. The exact room allocation and arrangement are confirmed separately for each event.
How many guests can attend?
The permitted number of guests depends on the type and format of the event and needs to be confirmed. Event capacity is not derived from the number of bedrooms.
What times apply?
Arrival, departure and finishing times for your event are confirmed in your offer.
Is music allowed?
Rules on music, volume levels and finishing times need to be agreed on the basis of your plans before booking.
Is the venue accessible?
Details about entrances, stairs, bedrooms and bathrooms need to be confirmed. Please describe your needs in your enquiry.
What booking terms apply?
Payment, cancellation and deposit terms are provided before a booking is confirmed.
Is there a pool, sauna and gym?
Yes, the wellness areas can form part of a well-planned event. Access and times are confirmed in the quote.
Can food and planning be arranged?
A private chef, catering, an event planner and a children's activity host can be requested as optional add-ons. They are quoted separately and booked subject to availability.
How does an enquiry work?
Describe the occasion, preferred date, number of guests, any event-related overnight accommodation and possible add-ons. Your enquiry is then considered as a whole.
