Short answer

The essentials first

Give the workshop a single main question and divide the day into short work blocks. Let nature, a meal, and social settings create breaks that help the group see the problem from new perspectives.

Formulate the right question before the right exercise

A workshop doesn't become creative just because it involves colourful notes. Start with a question that the group can actually influence and that is narrow enough to produce a result during the day.

Send a short preparatory task in advance, but don't let the participants solve the problem on their own before they meet.

Alternate between focus and perspective

Use a social space for a collective framing of the topic, smaller groups for brainstorming, and a walk or break close to nature for a change of perspective. A change of scenery should have a function, not just fill time.

Görväln Naturreservat can be adapted for different group events, but the practical arrangements and which settings are used always need to be confirmed.

A simple workshop flow

  • Shared key question and ground rules
  • Individual reflections
  • Brainstorming in smaller groups
  • Lunch and a change of scenery
  • Prioritisation and concretisation
  • Decisions, responsibilities, and next steps

The meal is a working method

A shared lunch or dinner gives the brain a rest while conversations continue more informally. Therefore, plan the meal as part of the day, not as an empty break.

Catering, a private chef, and an event planner can be requested as optional add-on services, quoted for separately, and are subject to availability.

End with something usable

Document which ideas were chosen, who owns the next step, and when the group will follow up. An inspiring day without assigned responsibilities risks becoming just a memory instead of driving change.

If the workshop is part of a multi-day event, overnight accommodation can be an add-on for participants. It cannot be booked separately from the event.

Overnight accommodation can be requested for participants of a booked event but cannot be booked separately.
