A private property in lakeside nature by Lake Mälaren
Villa Görväln is a private property on the shore of Lake Mälaren, surrounded by Görväln Nature Reserve. Your group has the whole house to itself, with several social spaces, a dining room and a kitchen to divide the day between.
You book the event venue, not the nature reserve. The reserve is a public natural area nearby with its own rules.
Work, conversation, a meal and rest
One example: the day begins with work in one of the house's social spaces, breaks for a shared lunch and ends with conversation, the pool or the sauna before dinner. This example is an illustration of how the day could look — it is not a package included in the booking.
A private chef, catering, a bartender, event planning, an activity host and yoga and fitness instructors are available as optional add-ons, subject to availability.

Stay on after the day's programme
Overnight accommodation can be added for participants in the event, subject to availability. Accommodation is only offered in conjunction with an event and can never be booked separately.

What does it cost to book the venue for a corporate event?
The base price is from SEK 18,000. Cleaning is included in all prices. Food, staff, activities and overnight accommodation are separate add-ons, quoted according to your plans.
Is the venue suitable for meetings and conferences?
That depends on your plans. State your group size, your preferred seating and your requirements for sound, visuals and internet in your enquiry, and we will confirm whether the venue is suitable before you receive a personal proposal.
Is food included during the day?
No. A private chef and catering are optional add-ons, quoted separately and booked subject to availability.
Can participants stay overnight?
Overnight accommodation can be added for participants in the event, subject to availability. Accommodation is never booked separately from an event.
What times apply for the day?
Arrival, departure and finishing times for your event are confirmed in your offer.
