If you would like help bringing the activities together, an activity host is available as an optional extra. Describe the group's interests and what you would like to do in your enquiry, so the arrangements and availability can be discussed before booking.

Leave space between the activity and dinner. If the pool and sauna are part of your agreed arrangements, they could provide a break in the programme. Others might prefer to sit down and chat. Plan so the group does not have to do exactly the same thing every minute.

Dinner can be the centrepiece of the stag celebration rather than a quick stop. Think about what the groom enjoys eating and how you want the evening to feel. A leisurely dinner leaves time for speeches, stories and conversation without anyone rushing off.

A private chef and catering are optional extras. Mention allergies, food preferences and how you would like the meal served. A bartender can also be requested as a separate service; its scope and applicable conditions need to be confirmed in the proposal.

Choose one person in the group to collect everyone's preferences. This makes it easier to provide a clear brief and avoid discussing several different menus or timings at once.

If some guests would like to stay after dinner, overnight accommodation can be added for participants in the stag celebration, from SEK 1,500 per person, per night. It may make planning easier, but needs to be agreed alongside the rest of the event.

Accommodation is only booked in connection with an event and can never be booked separately. Include the number of guests who would like to stay, your preferred date and number of nights. Availability and room allocation are confirmed before booking.

For those heading home, transport is a separate optional extra with a price on request. Collect preferred departure times early so the end of the evening works for both overnight guests and those leaving during the celebration.
